Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) at Red hill Farm
  • A local community-sponsored organic farm located on 183 acres of woodlands and meadows owned by the Sisters of St. Francis of Philadelphia (some of the last undeveloped land in Delaware County) in Aston, Pennsylvania.
Know where your produce comes from, meet the farmers, watch your food being grown and harvested–fresh from the Earth to your table.
Nourish your family with fresh vegetables, fruits, and herbs organically grown without synthetic herbicides, pesticides, and fertilizers that leave toxic residues in our groundwater, soil, and food.
  • One of the environmental initiatives of the Sisters of St. Francis.
  • A CSA farm creates a direct, respectful relationship between the health of the land, Earth as a living organism, our planet as a provider, and a community of consumers.
  • A 7-year-old, 6-acre farm that provides food for the Sisters of St. Francis of Philadelphia as well as 100 CSA shareholders. (Read about a shareholder who is “Eating Well off the Farm.”)

Membership in the farm provides shareholders with a unique opportunity to create a community of people connected with each other and to Earth.
